UX Designer (Fintech)

Strateq Group is hiring a UX Designer to join its fintech product squad. You'll own the design of customer-facing and internal tools used by financial institutions across Southeast Asia.

What you'll do

• Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing for fintech products
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI in Figma
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the build cycle
• Define and evolve the design system across product surfaces

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in UX/product design, with fintech or B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Expert Figma user with a strong portfolio of shipped products
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability under tight delivery timelines
