Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fasttrade is scaling fast and needs a sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment across tech, operations, and commercial functions. You will work with Hirix AI tools to source and screen candidates at speed.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for 10–15 open roles at any given time
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Use Hirix AI to source, screen, and assess candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical functions
• Own candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, in-house or agency
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Comfortable using AI-assisted hiring tools
• Experience hiring for tech roles preferred
