Growth Marketing Manager

Eceos is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate top-of-funnel acquisition and retention across its sustainability platform. You'll own growth experiments, paid channels, and content strategy.

What you'll do

• Design and run acquisition experiments across paid, organic, and referral channels
• Own Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaign management
• Work with content and design to produce high-converting assets
• Build and report on growth dashboards — CAC, LTV, activation rate

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in growth or performance marketing, B2B SaaS preferred
• Hands-on with paid channels and marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo)
• Analytical — you run structured experiments and learn from the data
