AI Product Manager

Hirix is hiring an AI Product Manager to own the product direction for our suite of AI recruitment agents — Stella, Eva, Lua, and Iris. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the founding team.

What you'll do

• Define and prioritise the product roadmap for Hirix's AI agent platform
• Work closely with enterprise customers to surface insights and translate them into features
• Partner with engineering to ship fast, iterate faster
• Own metrics: time-to-hire reduction, candidate quality scores, verification accuracy
• Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI products
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving early-stage environments
• Strong analytical thinking — you use data to validate hypotheses, not confirm biases
• Experience working with ML or AI product teams is a strong plus
